Please submit your order for the swan and the hearts without initials 10 days before the occasion and submit your order 2 weeks in advance for the hearts with initials. Product needs to be kept frozen until serving. In case shipping address differs from billing address, (caterer, hotel, etc...) the name and phonenumber of the recipient must be clearly identified.
All our butter sculptures are custom made to order. Because our products are frozen, we strictly ship overnight. Because of the fragility of our products, we cannot accept any returns. Each butter piece is individually wrapped to prevent damage. Please take in consideration that some breakage may occur during shipping. The Belgium Co., Inc. can not be held responsible for any damage caused during shipping.
Please note that dry ice evaporates, therefore
the package will be lighter upon arrival.
